Bell’s Field Services team is proud to be the face of the Bell brand, performing the best installation and repair services and maintaining Bell’s network for our residential and business customers.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategy Execution & Planning; the successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams across Field, IT, Product, Network and other Business Units to design & execute long-term program visions. These programs will positively impact our operations by improving the technician, agent & customer experiences, through roadmaps and supporting processes. The Project Manager, Field Services must also anticipate end-to-end impacts including defining business requirements, quantifying financial benefits and leading change across the organization via collaboration with peers. The ability to take initiative, think critically and have high level strategic conversations are also fundamental skills for this role.
Key Responsibilities

• Handle ad-hoc strategic priority asks
• Manage stakeholders throughout the design and delivery process
• Define and present program strategy to executive team
• Build long term program roadmaps to direct capital funding requirements
• Develop project business case, budget, scope, schedule & all relevant project documentation
• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic programs
• Create strategic material for CEO deep dives

Critical Qualifications

• Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with ability to work under pressure
• Proven leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to get things done while managing various stakeholders
• PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification is an asset
• Results-driven individual who is able to grasp and communicate complex ideas clearly
• Project / program management skills
• Solid verbal / written communication and presentation skills
• Field Services experience is an asset
• Keen interest and experience in driving change
• Relevant university degree
• Strategic and creative thinker who is exceptionally adept with quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills with experience in developing & managing business requirements

Working Conditions

• Off normal hours (evening and weekends) at times
• Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
• Travel as required
