We are looking for a freelancer / commission-based Business Development Specialist who has extensive experience in the staffing and recruitment sector.
Responsibilities:
• Lead generation and developing strategies for marketing
• Cold calling to prospective clients to develop business relationships and present the client with our services.
• Client Relationship Management
• Arrange face-to-face or virtual meetings with potential clients.
• Assisting clients in filling their daily Client requirements by coordinating the openings with the recruitment team and managing the team performance by motivating and leading them.
• Organizes categorizes, and prioritizes sales leads and collects market data before and during customer outreach to understand prospective customers needs and effectively translates those needs to the sales team
• Utilize social media networks such as LinkedIn and other sites to engage clients.
• Adapting innovative business ideas to maximize business sales and target partnership with potential clients.
• Following-up on timely manner with potential clients to ensure lead conversion
• Establishing and developing business network
