The Sales Factory is a fast growth B2B prospecting company. We are on a mission to be the gold standard for outbound sales prospecting by helping organizations close more deals through stronger research, better qualification, and engagement early in the sales funnel. Over the past year, we have hired 100 people and have no plans on slowing down. We are looking to hire people today that can help us build the team for tomorrow.


This job is remote anywhere in Canada. We are looking for aspiring sales leaders who want to join a remote-first company with the option to work from anywhere in the Country. The only limitation on work location is access to good internet.


The Opportunity


The Sales Factory is seeking a Business Development / Client Team Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This is both a manager role and a hands-on role for someone who has a bias for action and enjoys making incremental coaching improvements and diving into data. This is a solely leadership role, responsible for overall development of business development reps/specialist on your team, consistent performance and overall strategic oversight.


Your North Star is helping Business Development Reps and Business Development Specialists to practise the core TSF values they deliver for clients. Reporting directly to the Director of People Operations, the right candidate will work in tandem with the enablement, accounts and revenue team.


What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Analyse sales metrics and data to determine trends, then create and execute on strategic plans
  • Cold call interviews with TSF BDR interview candidates
  • Having clear priorities and deadlines to navigate the” whirlwind” of being the catch all problem solvers
  • Provide coaching on demand to troubled reps (morale or performance)
  • Partner with account managers and our enablement teams to help clients solve problems by leveraging research and data
  • Weekly 1on1s with every team member
  • Coach new hires on The Sales Factorys sales strategy and processes - effective email and voice communications
What You Bring To The Table:


  • Familiarity with change management techniques, leadership frameworks, and sales methodologies
  • Understand data analytics regarding all things related to sales
  • Desire to take initiative, comfortable in ambiguity, and thrives with change
  • Proven ability to build programs from the ground up with measured milestones
  • Experienced with executing self evaluation and development
  • Self-starter and hardworking, with a track record of success and drive for achievement
  • Passion for innovation/technology and possess a high level of integrity
  • Strong communication, analytic, and listening skills, with a positive approach
