Overview A Client Development Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. They are responsible for understanding client needs and developing strategies to meet those needs. They must be able to effectively communicate with clients and other stakeholders, and have excellent problem-solving skills. • 5+ years of experience in client development or a related field
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
• Knowledge of sales techniques and processes
