They are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join their team.


Description:

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving their growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the construction and architecture markets. Your expertise in prospecting, lead generation, pipeline development, and deal closure will contribute to their continued success. You will thrive in their fast-paced and adaptive environment, where creativity and agility are essential traits for success.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to strategize and execute effective lead generation campaigns and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through a combination of outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities.
  • Continuously adapt to the evolving needs of their clients and the industry, identifying innovative ways to address challenges and exceed expectations.
  • Lead negotiations and assist in the closing of deals, working to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client.
  • Engage with prospects through various communication channels, including email, phone calls, and the occasional in-person meetings, to nurture relationships and identify opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospects, showcasing the unique value and solutions their company offers.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, staying informed about developments in the Construction and Architecture sectors.


Qualifications:

  • Must be fluently bilingual in French and English.
  • Proven track record of 2-3 years of experience in business development, lead generation, and deal closure
  • Experience within the construction, architecture, or related industries considered a huge asset.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative approaches to lead generation and business development.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
