Location: Remote

Pay Rate: $40.00/hr

Contract Length: 1 to 3 years

Responsibilities:

• Take the accountability to identify and source quality candidates to meet the business needs of the responsible business portfolio to enable the business strategy
• Suggesting suitable resourcing channels
• Proactively create and maintain relationships with diverse professional
• Organizations and leverage networks to develop a strong pipeline of talents
• Support HR-related projects
• Sourcing and screening applications,conducting interviews, and managing the necessary assessments
• Understanding the resourcing needs and requirements
• Identifying and recommending suitable candidates

Qualifications:

• Teamwork ethics.
• 3 years above of recruiting experience with 1 year above of gaming experience
• Fluency in English and Mandarin an asset
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills, and strong
• Ability to work independently to manage the end-to-end talent sourcing to enable the business strategy
