About the Role: The Recruitment Marketing Assistant will assist with recruitment marketing activities. The Recruitment Marketing Assistant will ensure all tasks performed are executed in compliance with study protocol, Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)s.

What You'll Do Here

• Perform recruitment calls and verify web registrations.
• Proactively communicate issues and/or problem resolutions to departmental supervisors and managers.
• Post ads on web classifieds.
• Update recruitment agent metrics.
• Other tasks assigned by departmental management
• Create IRB packages for advertising material for US sites.
• Post online ads for US sites.
• Verify referral program tracking.
• Update study postings on participant website & portal according to recruitment targets and study protocols/IFRs.
• Act as an aid to the participant marketing team.
• Create and execute standard newsletters to participants according to the brand guide.
• Provide agent and user support of participant portal.
• Maintain and advocate a high level of customer service and quality within the department.
• Ensure the confidentiality of clinical trial participants and sponsors is respected.
• Update call center metrics.

What You'll Need To Succeed

• Good Communication in English, customer service focused, able to work in fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree and related work experience preferred.
