Salary Range: $42,000 - $50,000

Supports admissions team as needed to clarify file status and clarification information requests as directed by the Admissions Manager

Contributes to meeting recruitment targets as defined by recruitment strategies driven by the Program Manager(s)

Minimum of a Master's Degree in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Bioengineering, or related sciences ; PhD and post-doctoral experience preferred

Minimum 5 years of experience as Bioinformatician in the pharmaceutical sector

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

Develop and implement prediction and prioritization algorithms

Analyze omics data using bioinformatics tools and libraries to identify relevant mutations

Collaborate with the research team to integrate computational methods with experimental findings

Intermediate to Advanced Excel, Word and Outlook Skills

Assist with day-to-day staffing and credentialing functions, including answering the phones, running reports and coordinating with active staff

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple evolving priorities to meet deadlines.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administrated or related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience as a recruitment specialist or in a similar role would be considered an asset.

Will assist in new and ongoing projects as the company evolves and grows.

Must be a highly motivated self-starter, and able to work independently with minimal direction while taking initiative.
