About the role

The Recruitment Specialist will draw from their experience to provide recruitment support to our growing clients and will have the opportunity to work with multiple clients from a variety of industries across Ontario.

*This is a fully remote role

What you will do

• Communicating and building relationships with Clients and Hiring Managers to assess role requirements for positions
• Conducting candidate outreach and candidate sourcing to find qualified candidates
• Guide clients and candidates through the interview process, hiring, and salary negotiations
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by supporting candidates through the process
• Prepare employment contracts, conduct reference checks
• Conducting preliminary interviews with candidates
• Working collaboratively with our Clients and H2R Consultants to understand their hiring needs, business, and manage the full recruitment cycle
• Use various ATS and software tools to track applicants throughout the process
• May be involved in supporting other HR functions as required

What we're looking for

• Ability to manage competing priorities while managing various postings
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience with full-cycle recruitment
• Passion for recruiting and finding great talent!
• Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates
• Proven track record in managing multiple vacancies and various job boards
• Exceptional client service
• Excellent organization and time management skills, sense of urgency

Bonus if you have

• Experience with BambooHR and other ATS applications
• HR Generalist experience
• Recruiting for technical roles
• CHRP or CHRL designation
