Responsibilities

- Build and reinforce client relationships through asking discovery questions

- Prospect and meet with potential clients to assess the business potential

-Cold calling and following up with leads

- Learn about clients' needs and ensure they're met through our solutions

-Recruitment cycle from start to finish

- Skillfully interview new talent and touch base with the existing talent to ensure you are meeting or exceeding their expectations

- Manage all administrative tasks in a timely manner


Qualifications

- Post-secondary degree in business, marketing, science, arts, or a related field is an asset

- Excellent customer service skills and a natural sales ability

- 3 years plus experience in a sales-driven role (highly preferred but not mandatory)

- Great English communication, both verbally and in writing

- People-person with interpersonal skills

- Metrics-driven and enjoy the pressures of meeting quotas and driving results

- More than a little competitive (in a good way!)

- Naturally driven and thrive with autonomy

- Organized and sound time management

- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Feel comfortable providing ongoing advice and recommendations based on market trends
