Job Description
Administrative Assistant in Burlington
Are you a strong Administrator who enjoys working in a fun and focused work environment? Are you familiar with accounting functions, consider yourself detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask? Then this Administrative position may be a great fit for you!
We are currently recruiting for a permanent Administrative Assistant position working alongside the accounting department. This is a position within the Burlington area for a Storage company that has branches across Canada. This position will involve directly assisting the accounting department with administrative duties, reviewing and printing reports, and navigating and entering data through MS Dynamics.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience within an Administrative or Office position that involved data entry, will have knowledge of Excel and ERP software and possess a keen attention to detail. This is a great opportunity with flexible hours and remote work availability.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the accounting department with data entry through MS Dynamics
  • Reviewing and printing reports
  • Scheduling and organizing meetings
  • Retrieving and distributing mail
  • Assisting with projects and events as needed
  • Maintaining files and internal database
  • Record meeting minutes
  • Maintaining and ordering office supplies
  • Scanning, copying, and filing documents
  • Documenting and reviewing policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (word, excel, PowerPoint, access, Dynamics)
  • Must be an excellent communicator
  • 3+ years of experience in Administration or Office role
  • Must have great attention to detail and time management skills
  • Previous experience in accounting or terminology is considered an asset
  • Experience with MS Dynamics is considered an asset
