The position of Technical Account Manager is responsible for engaging with customers to deliver solutions based on OnePlan and Microsoft technologies and products. Working closely with the Service Delivery, Customer Success and Sales teams, to ensure accurate, proactive, timely and customer centric delivery.
This is a remote position. Our team members reside throughout North America. Since employees will be working remotely (from home), applicants from anywhere in North America are encouraged to apply.
What we're looking for:
We're hiring for the role of Technical Account Manager (TAM), responsible for delivering solutions based on OnePlan and Microsoft technologies to customers. As a TAM, you will work collaboratively with our Service Delivery, Customer Success, and Sales teams to ensure timely and customer-centric delivery.
This is a fully remote position, with team members located across North America. We encourage applicants from anywhere in North America to apply.
To ensure your success at OnePlan, the chosen candidate will work closely with our Delivery (Service Delivery) team for up to six months, under the supervision of the Delivery Manager. During this period, you will receive a thorough understanding of how OnePlan operates and builds solutions based on client needs. Once trained, you will transition to the Customer Success team and report directly to your Customer Success Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or concerns with customers.
- Work collaboratively with the Service Delivery, Customer Success, and Sales teams to ensure timely and customer-centric delivery.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their long-term success and satisfaction.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver solutions based on OnePlan and Microsoft technologies.
- Continuously learn and keep up-to-date with OnePlan and Microsoft technologies, products, and services.
Must-Have Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform Administration and Configuration - Power Apps, Power BI and/or Power Automate
- Technical aptitude and a high degree of self-motivation to train and achieve OnePlan Solutions and Microsoft application, customizations and installations certifications
- Excellent business process and best practices experience or aptitude
- Migrating the Power Apps solution from DEV to TEST and PROD (Un managed solution/ Managed Solution)
- Experience with Power Apps Model Driven apps Configuration and Security Roles/ Power Apps Security Teams
- Analytical nature with the ability to solve complex business issues
- Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to build effective customer relationships
Desirable Skills
- SharePoint Configuration with Dynamics 365 / Power Apps solution
- Experience with Power Apps Canvas apps, Portals, Power Apps Chatbots, AI builder
- Power Apps Data Flows/Data lakes
- Power Apps /D365 Certification such as MB-200, PL 200, MB -210 etc.
- Experience with other Microsoft Products such as Project Online, Project for the Web, SharePoint, Teams, Azure etc.
- Working on DevOps projects – JIRA, ADO etc.
- Understanding on basic Agile Project processes- User stories, Tasks, Bugs, features etc.
- Excellent business process and/or project experience using tools such as Visio, MS Project, and any relational database system
Minimum Requirements
- Extremely detail-oriented and customer focused
- Enterprise-level business project experience with strong process analysis, design, and documentation skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office and Microsoft product knowledge
- Ability to learn and master new technologies
- Strong interpersonal skills with superior written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
