This role would be our first in-country role focused on marketing, helping us to ensure we deliver the brand in relevant ways to Canadian consumers.
Responsibilities
· Maintain and communicate annual communications plans for Canada in partnership with International Marketing Leadership
· Set annual marketing goals to inform planning
· Lead marketing partners to develop and deliver the annual marketing plan
· Represent the customer needs of Canada consumers while maintaining our Global Marketing Guardrails.
· Facilitate annual media buys for Canada and optimize throughout the year
· Build relationships with Canadian Operators/Franchisees and support local needs
· Manage annual budgets to maximize long and short-term goals
· Provide feedback on creative that is working well, and other assets needed
· Leverage Canada team and Global Marketing team to deliver materials that are needed to grow the Canada business
· Represent the Customer and Chick-fil-A Brand throughout the business in both formal and informal cross-functional interactions

Minimum Qualifications
· Minimum 8 years of experience. Experience desired in at least one of the following areas: restaurant, retail, hospitality, entertainment, food and beverage marketing
· Bachelor’s degree, with preference in Marketing, Business or Communication
Preferred Qualifications
· 10 years of Marketing experience with advertising background and marketing operations experience
· Master of Business Administration with a Marketing Concentration
