We are currently seeking to hire multiple Senior Sales Marketing Managers with experience in beverage industry to join our team!These are contract base positions and working independently to best achieve the company’s goal!
The Sales Managers sells the organization's products to established retail and on-premise customers and manages all brand building initiatives in territory. Those positions are responsible for the organization objectives for distribution, programming initiatives; brand building, ROI and budget expectations, and brand plans.Youwill be responsible for overseeing anddeveloping a sales team to drive the company revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a territory of retail customers, both key account & independent locations, executing brand building programs to achieve company retail objectives for distribution, display, and shelf management.
• Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities and establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
• Analyze sales statistics toidentify areas of improvement and trackresults and trends regularlyfor business forecasting
• Conduct staff and consumer education and tasting sessions to drive volume and distribution of our portfolio, to increase market share in this channel
• Manage a territory of on-premise customers for well and back-bar distribution, menu placements, and staff and consumer education and tastings; to increase market share in this channel
• Create and present winning customer presentations that maximize scorecard ROI in the territory, and negotiating with customers within defined brand budget plan
• Use CRM tool to understand account performance and competitor portfolios, identifying opportunities to increase volume and value, and leverage brand sales to drive portfolio success with all customers
• Generate consumer awareness for portfolio with staff and consumers through trade shows and throughout the highly influential on & off premise network Key
• Report onteam and individualperformance, develop and execute innovative sales strategies
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
Key Qualifications:
·Previous experience in Beverage Industry Sales & Customer Service 3-5 years at least
·Experience as asupervisor or manager
·Strong leadership qualities
·Ability to build rapport with clients
·Knowledge of beverage regulations, current market trends and competitive landscape
·Post-secondary education or higher, ideally in business or commerce
·Disciplined sales approach, highly organized, with excellent problem-solving skills, and time management techniques
·Experience managing the sales team and brand budgets
·Possesses strong business acumen, excellent computer skills, and keen negotiating skills
