Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Location: Flexible (Weekly visit to head office in Bolton)

Hours: Monday to Friday

It’s a great time to join the marketing team. We’re growing and looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic Marketing Manager to support the day to day running of the marketing function.

This is a varied and exciting role which will give you the opportunity to own, develop and implement the marketing plans for the group, with a key focus on carer attraction.

Essential

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (in particular Excel).
• Professional and proactive work ethic with exceptional attention to detail and self-motivation.
• Creative and imaginative initiative; able to find problem-solving solutions that effectively utilise budget and improve performance.
• Results orientated: KPI and target driven with a growth mindset.
• A passion for customer service and delivery excellence.
• Willing to work flexibly, when needed for key projects, occasional weekend work and national travel across our UK officers will be required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Work effectively under pressure with multiple deadlines and conflicting demands.
• High competence in project and stakeholder management.
• Strong people management skills, both with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Proven track record with hands on experience in a similar role.

Desirable

• Educated to degree level.
• Creative writing experience, e.g press releases and copy writing.
