Position: Brand Marketing Specialist

Role and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and overall market growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and consumer insights, using this data to inform marketing strategies.

Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, email marketing, and website to attract and retain customers.

Manage and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and ROI.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and media partners to expand our brand's reach.

Participate in the development of product positioning, pricing, and packaging strategies.

Stay updated with industry trends and innovations, ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of the skincare market.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven work experience in brand marketing or a similar role within the skincare or beauty industry.

Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary Range: $8,000 - $12,000 per month (commensurate with experience and capabilities).
