Marketing Cordinator Jobs

CCEI are currently seeking a confident, highly organized Coordinator, Partner Marketing that will ensure flawless execution for our marketing projects and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of marketing website, by utilizing creative materials and outside source for technical development.
• Create or supervise graphics for packaging, catalogs, manuals, logos, etc. Experience in editing and manipulating images is required.
• Defining the marketing road map and New Product Release communication.
• Conduct or supervise graphic design in accordance with the company branding guidelines.
• Stay on the forefront of social media advertising and marketing developments, including staying up to date with the latest rules and regulations.
• Produce comps/mock-ups for presentation, meetings, and trade shows.
• Updating and monitoring websites.
• Concept, design, and execute promotional materials including key art, digital/social assets, digital ads, web & app assets, email marketing, merchandise, etc.
• Manage workflow, content, and revision; execute layout, illustration, and design of marketing related materials.
• Collaborate with Management and PR team to contribute creative solutions for project objectives.

Qualifications

• Have excellent time management skills and be able to be flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Zoho One expertise is a real asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong positive team values: respect, responsibility, organization, openness, mutual aid, continuous improvement and fun.
• Possess 2+ years of experience in marketing communications, with a degree/diploma in communications, marketing, or related discipline.
• Excellent creative judgment and attention to detail.
• Bilingual (French & English) oral/written- production of documents in French & English.
• Full knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
