We currently have multiple full-time opportunities for remote workers within the US or Canada in the following areas:
Field Marketing Manager/ Marketing Specialist
What you'll do:
- Work closely with sales to make an impact with key customers
- Assist with program and event logistics like venue research, vendor management, and vendor sourcing.
- Work directly with sales to support territory planning and marketing alignment within the region or team
What you bring:
- Five-plus years of experience in Sales or Marketing
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or business management
- Close attention to detail with an emphasis on meeting critical deadlines
- Excellent Project Management skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, teamwork-oriented environment
- Proactive, self-motivated, innovative, and collaborative
- Aptitude for data & accounts based marketing
Partner Marketing
What will you be doing:
- Driving and executing joint marketing strategy and go-to-market planning.
- Enhance the visibility, profitability, and continued growth of product lines and product support campaigns.
- Develop and manage relations with business, technology, and channel partners to drive new and grow existing business, evaluate sponsorships, and sell with partners.
What you bring:
- Excellent marketing skills for program creation, planning, and execution development
- An expert Project manager – and can lead in a matrixed organization
- B.A. or B.S. is a related field
- Partner Marketing role within the high-tech industry (Required)
Marketing Project Manager
What will you be doing:
- Drive marketing project implementation, strategy, and execution, including milestones & deliverables
- Create project plans for marketing & communications strategy
- Interface with business stakeholders and clients (internal & external to the organization)
What you bring:
- B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of marketing project management experience for a high-tech company
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with proven ability to influence at all levels
Graphic Designer
What you will be doing:
- Ensure visual brand standards are met across all projects
- Successfully organize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment with superior attention to detail
- Collaborate with the design lead and give and receive constructive feedback
What you Bring:
- A basic level of presentation design (PowerPoint and Google Slides) is highly preferred
- Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); working knowledge of Figma is a plus
- Comfortable working in both print and digital spaces
- Have 1-3 years of experience in graphic design
- Design experience or education; demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- BA or BS required
Partner Operations Specialist
What you will be doing
- Serve as the main point of contact for partners for operational issues relating to the partner program
- Manage Partner processes such as partner onboarding, deal registrations, SPIFF claims, MDF, referral payments, demo requests, etc
- Be responsible for the partner portal, including user experience, engagement, enhancements, and troubleshooting
- Oversee all partner tools and processes to drive automation throughout the process to deliver optimal efficiency
What you bring:
- 3-7 years of partner program operations or similar experience for a high-tech company (Required)
- Experience with MDF and partner incentives
- Strong project management with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
- Ability to partner with internal teams, monitor workflow, and assure follow-through
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, including working with others to quickly reach sustainable resolutions
- B.A. or B.S. required
Content Manager
What you will be doing
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to achieve desired results
- Execute demand generation and lead generation digital campaigns in partnership with marketing leads across the business, leveraging digital and social channels
- Own the end-to-end content strategy and create assets that build brand awareness and engage prospects across the buyer’s journey
- Recommend strategies for content distribution across a variety of channels, including both paid and organic
- Write meaningful and persuasive content for our client’s website, blog, landing pages, and more, using your knowledge of SEO best practices for copywriting
You're a great fit if you have the following:
- BA or BS in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration
- Good understanding of market forces, customer behavior, and marketing tools
- Working knowledge of marketing automation and content management software
- Experience writing, editing, reviewing, and formatting manuscripts, abstracts, poster presentations, and slide decks
- Portfolio of written work that showcases your writing and ability to create compelling product content (Required)
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
- 4+ years of content marketing experience working in the technology industry (Required)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
