3+ years of experience in Marketing Management from a commercial, retail, or e-commerce environment.

Proven experience in meaningful positions encompassing consumer/business intelligence, consumer product marketing, product management, commercial management, market research, and /or strategy planning.

Experience managing multi-functional in-house teams and external agencies.

Strong communication skills, and are able to prioritize and re-prioritize based on changing business needs.

Vast experience in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies across a range of channels and customer touchpoints.

2-3 years of practical experience in product management and development or product marketing;

Develop and lead strategic channel marketing plans and processes across brands, business units and national retailers;

Analyze customer data and reports to provide recommendations that drive growth and performance improvements;

You will work with regional Channel Marketing Managers to develop and deliver joint demand generation campaigns with key channel partners

You have five years or more of Marketing/ Partner marketing experience in a B2B environment, ideally in software or high tech

You have experience working with resellers in a B2B environment

You will lead the execution, optimization and measurement of channel partner awareness and engagement campaigns

You will help channel partners promote Genetec narratives and assets through campaign templates and kits

You will help internal regional marketing and product marketing teams develop messaging that is geared towards our channel partners

Demonstrated successful sales management experience

4-6 years of successful sales / marketing experience (at or above plan)

Excellent business acumen and relationship skills

Excellent presentation skills as well as written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to grasp technical product knowledge
