Team Description
Our Business Strategy & Operations team sets and drives key business initiatives across the company. We complement and support product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams across three critical areas: corporate and business unit strategy, business planning and sales operations, and business systems and tools development.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Business Operations or Program Operations professional to join us with the experience necessary to own, develop and manage key components of the Partner Experience.
Aligning to our Commercial Strategy & Operations (CSO) organization and partnering with our Global Sales and Channel Leadership Teams, this role will be responsible for establishing, leading, and growing key KPI’s within the Channel sales programs and GTM projects. You will drive the operational rhythm of the business, tackling problems across the business unit and driving operational alignment to help our organization realize its objectives. This role will work extensively with leaders from each of our functional teams; we need someone who can clearly communicate ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, drive process implementation and change at scale, and own program and process that are critical to our business. Responsibilities
- Evaluate effectiveness of global enablement programs and propose adjustments as necessary to improve performance and ensure objectives are met by maintaining dashboards
- Work with the Data Analytics team to provide business consumable metric read outs and light analysis on impacts to key Channel programs
- Engage with cross-functional teams in all phases of launches, including Marketing, Operations, Product, Strategy, Reporting, Sales Enablement, Communications, and Sales Leadership
- Enable results through the effective implementation and management of business processes and program operations for the Channel Sales organization
- Contribute to “Keep-the-lights-on” projects to support continuous evolution within the Channel and GTM programs
- Operationalize and provide enablement on improved programmatic and systemic changes that support key metrics
- Partner with Field and Channel Marketing to facilitate materials that highlight Channel specific communications and program developments
- You will partner in the development and adaptation of our end to end partner seller experience and processes to align with Channel Sales growth targets focused on the Distribution
- Build learning path frameworks, cadence of regional programs, and communicate to audiences via marketing
- Pro-active support for all cross functional partner program efforts
- Write business requirements and work side by side with our cross functional marketing and technical teams to support the creation of assets, processes, and enhance tools and system capabilities
Requirements
- 3+ years in program or project management
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Understanding and usage of Salesforce, Tableau and PRM’s preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years experience in sales or business operations, and/or strategy operation
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging and exciting environment
- Prior Channel program experience with indirect sales/SaaS background strongly preferred
- Willingness to support leaders and their teams, Globally in multiple time zones
