Description
The Marketing Propositions Manager is responsible for developing, planning and delivery of a robust GTM roadmap to drive year on year organic profitable revenue growth.
The role will sit as part of a wider global go to market function including market insight and campaigns. The role is focused on building collaborative stakeholder relationships with product, commercial and marketing teams to ensure we have an aligned end-to-end marketing plan for new product releases and launches, proposition development, and campaign launches.

- Lead and develop go-to-market plans to showcase our products and services to internal and external stakeholders. This includes value proposition messaging, sales enablement support, marketing campaign development, customer segmentation and content and messaging creation.
- Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in our product, market, and competitive landscape. Work with experts and insight to align to market trends, legislation changes and events that would have an impact on our strategy and product launches.
- Take accountability for ensuring go-to-market plans are planned and executed in a timely way, resources are focused, and stakeholders are effectively engaged to create positive outcomes.
- Take the lead on new product launch planning for the North American market, working with wider stakeholders across commercial, product, marketing, and operations to ensure your GTM plan is well communicated and lands with impact and demonstrating positive outcomes.
- Experience in developing mutually beneficial partner B2B marketing campaigns and activities across multiple audiences, markets, channels and media, with demonstrable results.
- Customer-focused, with the ability to use customer insights to drive improvements to the end to end customer experience.
- Proven track record of successful membership and partner marketing.
- Commercial experience working within a complex and fast paced B2B environment
- Commercially minded and results-driven, delivering strategies that grow company product portfolio.
- Track record of delivering membership marketing campaigns which inspire and engage consumer audiences.
