Identifying process inefficiencies which create a negative client and staff experience.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct market research, develop business cases, and evaluate financial models.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Knowledge of Canadian banking regulations and policies is an asset.
