About The Role
We have an immediate need for a Sales Administration Manager, to support the Life & Wealth Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various sales administration and sales reporting duties.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the account onboarding process for new acquisitions
- Work closely with key partners to lead the process of pursuing key opportunities
- Handle all confidential business matters as assigned, and work independently
- Collaborate with sales enablement at MGAs and carriers to policy reports
- Manage the contracting process from start to finish for new advisors as well as existing advisors switching to different carriers
- Stay up to date with trends and innovations in the life business industry
- Administer producer books of business by consolidating books of business from different producers into existing books
- Managing the integration of contracting/codes of advisors into NFP codes by gathering all of the contracting requirements, working directly with the insurance carriers, and keeping an ongoing list of all active codes for producers
- Gather renewal statements from carriers of potential brokers
- Participate during in-person meetings with the Managing Director and Zoom/Teams meetings
- Support with the development of campaigns and internal library documents on concepts
- Other duties as assigned
- Obtain lists of books of business through carriers
- Provide support for Apexa onboarding
- Oversee lists of all revenue generated from new business (pending and settled) and referrals (physicians and internal)
- Stay up to date on external and internal developments to identify new market segments
What You Bring
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- You must have an active LLQP
- Flexible working arrangement, however, the ability to travel outside of Ontario is preferred
- Thoughtful process of analyzing data and problem-solving to reach a well-reasoned solution
- Facilitation and Leadership skills
- Exceedingly well-organized, flexible, and strong organizational skills
- Commanding presentation and public speaking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or above, with relevant related experience in life contracting and sales operations
- Expert-level communication skills and strong decision-making ability are essential
- Strong ability to establish and maintain ongoing relationships with potential clients with a common goal of increasing the company’s share of insurance solutions
- Understanding of the Life Insurance industry in order to make sound business decisions
- Ability to create new business for enablement team leveraging industry knowledge and Relationship
- Effective time management and decision-making skills
- Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and oral communications
- Insurance industry knowledge
- Must have the ability to interact diplomatically and professionally, while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
- Ability to work on multiple priorities simultaneously
