Job Description

The Canadian Home is a one-stop destination for all Real Estate needs. It is a smart interactive platform that helps Canadians to buy, sell and rent the property of their choice.

We keep our customers at the core, as our objective is to empower buyers, sellers and renters to ease into Real Estate by offering information for 6M+ properties across Ontario at their fingertips. From fastest listings to Accurate Home Estimation and chatting with partners & friends, The Canadian Home has it all.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain a CRM database of prospects and clients.
  • Identify, create, and manage relationships with assigned clients and customers.
  • Work closely with real estate professionals to segment the leads and ensure proper communication/follow-ups are done via emails or SMS.
  • Contact prospects to determine interest in receiving literature on relevant real estate services and products.
  • Handle inbound/outbound phone calls for Canadian Clients and customers.
  • Document all customer activities, appointment requests, and customer interactions with real estate professionals in our CRM software.
  • Prepare e-mail and general mailouts to clients and prospects related to real estate.


Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in relationship Management, customer services, or related positions
  • Excellent customer service skills. Very Strong verbal communication in English

Salary: $36,000 per year+ Incentives
