Project Manager, Enterprise Application (2023-1027)

Closing the Gap Healthcare is undergoing an ambitious and exciting digital transformation that will restructure how we can provide better care to Canadians everywhere.

Reporting to the VP of IT, the Project Manager, Enterprise Applications will lead the digital transformation and assist with the adoption of change management across the organization. We are looking for a PM that will be excited with the overall goal to enhance CTG’s organizational efficiencies, capabilities, and performance.

This is a permanent role in a hybrid environment of in-office and home and is based out of our Mississauga location

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the project solution into productions and follow up with various end user groups for a smooth transition
• Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure projects deliver desired outcomes and enable digital transportation of CTG legacy technologies and associated business models using proven project management methodology
• Analyze business and user needs, document business requirements, product and process specifications. Create technical needs documentation, and design and demonstrate these requirements to the technical and business team as and when needed.
• Monitor and maintain budget including monthly financials updates and resource forecasting.
• Provide regular visibility to project status on a standard cadence through various reporting and project reviews. This includes but not limited to establishing and monitoring of KPIs and project success factors, create and manage a projected project financial forecast etc.
• Lead and Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including internal stakeholders across CTG and external partners
• Deliver assigned projects on time and on budget. Ensure all project artifacts are completed and aligned across all project stakeholders while maintaining PMO standards.
• Develop detailed project management documentation such as but not limited to Project Charters, Integrated Project Plans, Process Flows, User Case Diagrams, and Work Breakdown structure
• Present project status to various audiences across CTG including the board of directors, senior governance teams, leadership teams, and other various stakeholder groups
• Manage a cross-functional, multi-project integrated project plan and create cohesive project portfolio reports for senior management and the executive team.

Skills You Need To Be Successful

• Must have experience in managing projects within the healthcare industry. Experience in home care will be given priority
• 3 – 5 years in project management, successfully delivering enterprise level digital transformation projects
• Proficient in PM tools such as Azure DevOps
• Has implemented EMR systems such as Alayacare
