Job Description

Managers are responsible for all operations throughout the store, which includes maintaining safety standards, delivering financial results, merchandising, providing a first-class customer service experience, and developing their people.
During our 16-week paid internship program, you’ll experience on-the-job-training, access to mentors, and educational opportunities.
But even more importantly, you’ll be challenged and empowered to:
  • Work on projects relevant to current business opportunities, with the opportunity to present work to Management
  • Work with the store management team to foster relationships and communication
  • Engage and motivate associates through company vision and leadership
  • Work with store operations teams to meet inventory targets while maintaining customer service levels.
What You Will Bring:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good business insight, high-level critical thinking, and strong analytical skills
  • Proven ability to bring structure to complex problems, pragmatic scoping and problem-solving approach, ability to objectively evaluate options/trade-offs, and develop executive management-level recommendations
  • Ability to conduct research; ability to lead multiple projects consecutively
  • Degree concentration(s) in Supply Chain, Business, OR related discipline
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills; team player; strong oral and written communication skills
  • Previous industry or project management experience
  • Ability to adapt and integrate into teams quickly in a remote working environment
