Position Summary:

Reporting to the Director, IT, the incumbent will be responsible for managing and leading systems implementation for the organization. Providing business and user system support along with project execution and activities related to ERP.

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with internal employee groups to understand unique business needs, gaps analysis (if any) and ensuring resolution and coordinating with the Devops and/ or IT Support teams.
• Responsible for mapping the current state and documenting for review.
• Perform product demonstrations to business and technical teams.
• Ensuring all project related documents are maintained.
• Manage the “go live” deployment process ensuring seamless launch and continuity of business operations.
• Manage “post live” deployment and provide support as required.
• Learning new implementation approaches and strives for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
• Minimum 2 years’ ERP experience with implementing and deploying business systems.
• Post Secondary Degree or Diploma in IT, Business or related field.

Key Requirements:

• Sold understanding of business process flows and creating process diagrams.
• Solid understanding of practical operational concepts with an ERP system.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must have demonstrated experience with MS Business Central.
• Strong attention to detail, able to think outside the box, multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and all levels in the organization.
• Ability to work with systems and a strong understanding of system processes and configurations.
• Experience implementing and supporting MS Business Central.
• Strong project management experience.

• Experience with Intercompany concept.
• Experience with Finance set up.
