It Billing Specialist Jobs

We are looking for a positive, collaborative and inquisitive IT Billing Specialist to be part of our IT Support and Billing Team.
You have outstanding communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do

• Management of change orders, equipment out orders and installs/upgrades/office closures
• The documents are submitted to legal for review, once legal review is complete they are entered into DocuSign for approval by VP’s & vendor. When signed the document has to be entered into Ariba to create either a Purchase order or contract for submitting invoices for payment
• Wireline and Wireless invoice detail must be downloaded from portal then after audit must be summarized for taxes by Province to submit to APServices for payment
• Accruals for Finance
• Centralized control of all costs associated with Telecom providers - downloading monthly detail from various portals, audit charges against contracts, work with the vendor for any corrections then submit pdf of invoice to APServices for payment. Smaller vendors are entered in Ariba against a purchase order that is crafted yearly then received monthly
• Managing Vendor work orders, SOW’s, and service orders with Project Managers and the vendors efficiently
• Tracking errors and omissions on billing and working with vendor to correct
• Work with the Ariba Team (CAN & UK) for reconciling and balancing entries and approving vendor submissions
• Work with Procurement on new vendors or contract management in Ariba
• Management of maintenance contracts
• Auditing includes tracking of termination charges/credits for over/under billing
• Management of contract, CR’s, SOW’s through to billing
