We are seeking a skilled and experienced Enterprise Architecture Technology Assessment Specialist to join our team. As an integral member of the Enterprise Architecture group, you will be responsible for evaluating and identifying technologies, applications, and platforms that align with our Enterprise Architecture vision and contribute to the development of our designated Digital Platform. Your primary focus will be on assessing existing internal technologies and exploring next-generation solutions to enhance our enterprise-wide Digital Platform's capabilities. In addition, you will be instrumental in identifying opportunities to fast-track the adoption of enterprise technologies and strategies for aligning them at a company-wide level.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance on how to align technologies effectively to enable seamless integration and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to assess their potential benefits and suitability for adoption within the enterprise-wide Digital Platform.
• Existing Technology Assessment:
• Evaluate Applications and Tools Alignment:
• Analyze existing technology platforms and tools to identify areas of overlap and inefficiency.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements and integrate them into the technology suite.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of various applications and tools to ensure they align with our established Enterprise Architecture principles and guidelines.
• Develop strategies for rationalization and consolidation, aiming to optimize resource utilization and streamline the Digital Platform landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot and test new technologies to validate their effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
• Work closely with the Enterprise Architecture group to develop and identify a suite of technologies, applications, and platforms that will be centralized under the group's purview.
• Technology Suite Development:
• Provide recommendations for improvements, enhancements, and integration strategies to ensure a cohesive and efficient Digital Platform ecosystem.
• Next-Generation Technology Evaluation:
• Fast-Track Implementation and Alignment:
• Rationalization of Overlapping Technologies:
• Identify opportunities and strategies to accelerate the adoption of enterprise technologies to support company-wide initiatives efficiently.
• Identify applications and tools that can contribute to the composition of our Enterprise Architecture-led and designated Digital Platform.
• Assess the current portfolio of internal technologies and applications to determine their compatibility with the approved enterprise-wide Digital Platform.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of cutting-edge technologies, trends, and innovations in the IT industry.
• Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture, technology assessment, and platform development.
• Strong understanding of enterprise-wide technology ecosystems and their alignment with business objectives.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex technical landscapes.
• Familiarity with industry-standard frameworks and methodologies related to Enterprise Architecture (e.g., TOGAF).
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
