Manager Enterprise Application Jobs

As the Enterprise Application Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology that our team uses to provide solutions to our customers. You will manage a cross-functional team responsible for providing responsive services for our business-critical applications, including Salesforce, Fresh Service, Jira, Bamboo, and mobile application deployments. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the high availability of systems, reducing downtimes, and responding to and resolving problem tickets. You will develop team members through coaching, training, and ongoing feedback to create a culture of continuous improvement. You will monitor industry trends, identify opportunities for strategic improvement on processes and technology, and coordinate with key stakeholders regularly to help Trapeze meet its goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the enterprise application technologies leveraged by our team to provide solutions to our customers.

• Manage a cross-functional team responsible for providing responsive services for our business-critical applications, including Salesforce, Fresh Service, Jira, Bamboo, and mobile application deployments.

• Ensure high availability of systems by reducing downtimes, responding to and resolving problem tickets, and adapting to priority business changes.

• Develop team members through coaching, training, objective setting, ongoing feedback, and recognition. Communicate information from throughout the organization and lead the team through significant changes.

• Develop a culture of continuous improvement related to production uptime and reducing ticket backlogs.

• Monitor industry trends and participate in professional and industry forums to advise on opportunities for strategic improvement on processes and technology.

• Coordinate with key stakeholders regularly to help ensure Trapeze can meet its goals.

• Lead the application lifecycle process for enterprise applications, including quarterly health reviews.

• Identify and pursue opportunities where technology could be used to add value to the organization.

• Grow and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure technical activities are prioritized and completed to meet expectations.

• Facilitate the maintenance and upgrades of existing systems.

• Work closely with IT to ensure application life cycles are planned and resourced correctly.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise applications.

• 2-3 years of experience in infrastructure roles would be an asset.

• 1-3 years of experience in a people leadership role.

• Experience with managing Atlassian products preferred; Salesforce.com and FreshService would be an asset

• Must be comfortable in a highly technical environment, supporting multiple stakeholders.

• Prior experience with business analysis would be an asset.

• Prior P&L or budget experience would be an asset.

• Proven track record of building strong relationships and ability to use interpretative skills to understand and relate industry/client requirements are essential.

• Experience with managing Salesforce.com, Fresh Service, or Atlassian products.
