Job Description

Compensation:

Salary and benefits


This is just the first level of the sales opportunity, and candidates will eventually move up to the next tier to become a full fledge Account Executive. Minimum time required for promotion is 6mo-1yr.


Once candidate graduates from the inside sales support/sales admin position, he/she will be entitled to commissions plus spiff payout.


As an Account Executive, one's earning potential is uncapped.


All new hires are entitled to salary plus benefits.


Seeking a candidate that want a sales career to perform the following roles:

·Provide quotes and recommendations to customers

·Process sales orders

·Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of products

·Address customer inquiries/complaints in a timely manner

·Maintain a strong knowledge of products and services by attending trainings and completing online learning modules

·Provide back up to Sales Reps when out of office

·Manage customer vendor portals for end user inquiries (shipment status, returns, etc.)

·Educate customers regarding promos

·Mail/email vendor brochures and company line card to prospective customers

·Prepare required information (marketing material, forecast, sell thru reports) for meetings

·Accurately record sales information on an internal CRM system, and maintain up to date client records

·Provide administrative support to the Sales Executives when necessary - process EDI orders, assist with RMA requests, check pricing & availability, provide tracking numbers, provide freight quotes, update backorders

Minimum Requirements:

·Strong communication skills

·High school diploma, College/University education preferred

·Strong technical aptitude

·Microsoft Office proficiency

·Some admin/support experience

·Good organizational and time management skills
