A minimum of 5 years of experience in conflict management, counselling, mediation, customer service and handling difficult and potentially litigious situations.

Degree (BSc.) or equivalent, in Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology related sciences, Life or Medical Sciences.

Have a genuine interest in working in a geriatric environment with elderly residents including those with Alzheimer’s and Dementia

Knowledge and proven experience working with clients in a PSR (Psychosocial Rehabilitation) approach.

Manage the assessment of physical and social needs of the client to ensure program meets client’s needs.

Ensure training objectives and requirements are met while ensuring on-going training and development for staff, students and volunteers.

Knowledge and training in GPA, Montessori Methods for Dementia, PIECES and Restorative Care.

First Aid and CPR certification.

Good oral and written skills.

Demonstrated skills and experience in project management, PMP and/or SSBB certification preferred but not required.

Monitor business case evaluations for assigned projects and escalate changes as applicable, reporting and facilitating management decision-making on life cycle activities;

Bachelor degree in business (Supply chain management, Marketing) or equivalent;

Organize, prepare, schedule and conduct activities programs that provide physical, intellectual, social, emotional and spiritual opportunities for the residents.

Posts and distributes the calendar of events throughout the community and to family members.

Monitoring and reporting on software applications under management including cataloguing activities, version control, obsolescence issues, upgrade options, and divestment activities.

5+ years of experience working as a Data Engineer/Data Science-Product with expertise in programming languages like Python/SQL
