Life Enrichment Manager Jobs in Ontario

A minimum of 5 years of experience in conflict management, counselling, mediation, customer service and handling difficult and potentially litigious situations.

Experience in project management, continuous improvement, and change management.

Experience in a higher education setting and knowledge of personal, social, academic, and systemic barriers impacting a student’s success.

Master’s in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Education, Administration or a related field, or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience analyzing, interpreting, and applying policies, procedures, regulations, and provisions of collective agreements.

Knowledge of student life, student development theory and life in residence.

Monitoring and reporting on software applications under management including cataloguing activities, version control, obsolescence issues, upgrade options, and divestment activities.

Providing advice, guidance and recommendations on technical issues to support the decision-making of senior management.

Conducting engineering studies and analysis to provide technical solutions to stated application or operational requirements/problems including preparation of Engineering Changes (ECs).

Preparing technical statements of requirement, draft specifications and purchase descriptions.

Experience using a recognized Process framework or using a LCMM Handbook.

Experience working on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (e.g. SAP) for equipment cataloguing.

Effective time management and decision-making skills

Manage the contracting process from start to finish for new advisors as well as existing advisors switching to different carriers

Manage the account onboarding process for new acquisitions

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or above, with relevant related experience in life contracting and sales operations

Expert-level communication skills and strong decision-making ability are essential

Exceedingly well-organized, flexible, and strong organizational skills

Working knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
