Description
Working with our client within the manufacturing industry, we are actively recruiting for an Order Entry Specialist to join their team. Reporting to the Office Manager, the Order Entry Specialist, will manage all aspects of daily shipping orders and customs compliance.
The key responsibilities of the Order Entry Specialist may
Include, But Are Not Limited To
  • Prepare labels, packaging slips bill of landing etc.
  • Manage back orders
  • Track, measure and report status of orders
  • Process all invoices & credit card payments
  • Prepare shipping in a timely manner
  • Process daily orders in a timely manner
  • Communicating with customers accordantly
Requirements
The ideal candidate sought for this full-time position will have minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task while being highly organized.
Our client is searching for those with the ability to prioritize, strong time management skills and the flexibility to respond to time sensitive issues and frequently changing priorities while meeting competing deadlines.
