Job Description

Our client, a major player in the commercial leasing industry in the Montreal Metro, is looking to hire a receptionist - clerk for their downtown Montreal office.

  • Salary range between 45k$/year and 50k$/year (depending on experience);
  • 3 weeks of vacations;
  • 8:30am to 5pm (fixed hours);;
Responsibilities
  • Performs all other related duties;
  • Accounts receivable and expense accounts;
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory;
  • Mail and package management;
  • Archiving and filing;
  • Answer phone and email;
  • Customer service as needed (greeting visitors);
  • Managing meeting rooms as needed;
Qualifications
  • Proficient in the Office Suite;
  • Fluent in English and French (bilingual);
  • Self-starter;
  • Organized and efficient person, working with attention to detail;
  • Good presentation;
  • Tactful, diplomatic and good communication skills communication skills;
  • 2 to 5 years experience as a receptionist and/or in customer service;
