Job Description
The Receptionist welcomes visitors and directs them to the appropriate person. He provides general information in person and by phone, and carries out various office tasks.
  • Carry out various office tasks (clean and tidy up the reception area, meeting rooms, and the partners’ kitchen).
  • All related administratives tasks.
  • Use the telephone system to: change the alert mode; answer, filter, and transfer calls; take messages; and provide information as needed.

  • Receive, sort, distribute, and send mail, parcels, and faxes.
  • Ensure security control at reception (doors opening, access to work spaces), takes attendance, and update all security-related information.
  • Manage meeting rooms’ reservations.
Requirements
Diploma of Vocational Studies in Secretarial Arts + 3 years of experience in a similar role or High School Diploma and 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Language And Technical Knowledge
  • Advanced French and English.
  • Advanced knowledge in phone management systems (Avaya, an asset).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Word.
