The Receptionist welcomes visitors and directs them to the appropriate person. He provides general information in person and by phone, and carries out various office tasks.
Diploma of Vocational Studies in Secretarial Arts + 3 years of experience in a similar role or High School Diploma and 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Language And Technical Knowledge
- Carry out various office tasks (clean and tidy up the reception area, meeting rooms, and the partners’ kitchen).
- All related administratives tasks.
- Use the telephone system to: change the alert mode; answer, filter, and transfer calls; take messages; and provide information as needed.

- Receive, sort, distribute, and send mail, parcels, and faxes.
- Ensure security control at reception (doors opening, access to work spaces), takes attendance, and update all security-related information.
- Manage meeting rooms’ reservations.
Diploma of Vocational Studies in Secretarial Arts + 3 years of experience in a similar role or High School Diploma and 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Language And Technical Knowledge
- Advanced French and English.
- Advanced knowledge in phone management systems (Avaya, an asset).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Word.
- Ability to manage stress, priorities, and confidentiality.
- Client-oriented.
