Receptionist Jobs

The Receptionist at Glenwood Kitchen:

•Answers the phones and greets visitors and vendors

•Provides administrative support, including preparing reports and correspondence

•Invoices completed jobs

•Prepares paperwork for Customs for U.S. and International shipments

•Maintains the paper and electronic filing systems

•Is proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

•Orders office supplies

The successful candidate will have:

•An Administrative Professional Diploma or equivalent experience

•The ability to organize and prioritize the workload

•The ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision

•Strong decision-making skills

•Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic work environment

•Excellent attention to detail

•A strong customer focus
