We have the perfect job for you to start quickly in Montreal in Anjou
Our client is looking for a receptionist in Anjou for a 2-week contract with the possibility of extension from June 26 to July 07, 2023 inclusive.

  • Office hours from Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
  • Management of the Reception mailbox
  • Office supplies (stock management, ordering, etc.)
  • Welcome
  • Mail management (opening, distribution, Puralotor, Fedex)
  • Send billing by mail
  • Phone management
  • Any other related task
  • Checks (copy, prepare in slip)
Qualifications
  • Dynamic
  • Bilingualism in French and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or administrative support.
