Job Description
A company in the field of distribution of electronic products is looking for an Receptionist / Office Coordinator to join their office in Ville Saint Laurent.

  • Location -Ville Saint Laurent
  • Schedule 8.00 to 5.00 from Monday to Thursday; From 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Fridays in summer & from 8 a.m. to 2.30 a.m. in winter
  • Salary between 45000 - 50000$.

Responsibilities
  • Receive return authorization requests from Costco and make sure to provide them with RA# on the same day
  • Respond courteously to incoming phone calls and make transfers
  • Make RV entries in accpac from goods receipt documents
  • From the Costco site, print the appointments or save in PDF
  • Back-up at the electronic counter / Welcome customers / invoicing
  • When possible, answer customer questions / help customers regarding electronics, warranties, hours of operation, availability
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of pertinent experience
  • Out going, well spoken, and detail oriented
  • Bilingual (English & French)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and SAGE an asset
