Project Coordinator (Mixed-Use/Residential)

Our Toronto Mixed-Use and Residential team is currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team. As an integral part of project teams, you will directly support one or more Project Managers by helping them manage the scope, budget, schedule and quality of projects.

How you'll make a difference:

• Support the project manager with project billing, resourcing, scheduling, earned value analysis, and projecting future project revenue
• Maintain team calendars and schedule team meetings, take and communicate meeting minutes
• Be fully immersed into project responsibilities by reading and understanding the client contract
• Prepare, issue and tracking of fee letters, project status reports and other documentation
• Set up projects in CA Software (Onware), train team members and troubleshoot issues
• Create projects within our financial system and ensure details are kept up to date and on time
• Create and execute and sub-consultant agreements

• Personable, professional manner with excellent communication skills
• An organized approach with intuitive protocols for others to follow
• Reliable and resourceful, a “go to” person for the team
• Meticulous attention to detail, capable of proofing documentation
• High computer literacy, ability to understand new software and adapt as practice changes
• Work independently with minimal managerial supervision
• Able to prioritize and manage time to meet tight deadlines
• Maintain strong client and consultant relationships
• Experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry
• Demonstrated experience with data entry, document control, and client support

Nice to have:

• Experience with Project Accounting
• Possesses a PMP designation
• Experience with fixed fee design projects
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project, BST, Adobe Acrobat and Bluebeam
