On-Call Project Estimator/Supervisor - Cleaning Industry
Eco-Giants, a professional construction and janitorial cleaning company, is hiring an On-call Project Estimator/Supervisor with 1-3 years of experience in the cleaning industry. If you're dependable, physically fit, and possess excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Responsibilities:
🧹 Conduct site visits and present Eco-Giants to clients.
✔️ Complete assigned tasks as per the checklist provided before each visit.
💼 Maintain a professional demeanor while communicating with clients.
⌛ Work independently and manage time effectively.
📞 Notify the company in a timely manner if any issues arise during site visits.
🚧 Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
📚 Attend training sessions if required via Zoom.
Job Requirements:
💬 Good communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
💪 Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results.
🚗 Must have access to transportation and a valid driver's license.
🧽 Previous experience in cleaning is an asset.
🏢 Knowledge in dissecting information from architectural drawings is an asset.
✅ Ability to follow a checklist and complete tasks in a timely manner.
🎯 Must be comfortable with site visits and presenting the company's profile to clients.
⏰ Must be able to work flexible hours.
🇨🇦 Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
