About Our Client

• Communicate the reasons for schedule variances and propose solutions
• Forecast and report schedule highlights and restrictions to team members
• Provide regular analysis and metrics to key stakeholders on a weekly basis
• Other duties as required
• Review and analysis of contract documents to develop clear, realistic construction schedules, preliminary schedules, during the procurement phase
• Participate in regular meetings across multiple mixed-use residential projects
• Participate in the implementation of operating procedures to support the successful delivery of projects
• Support development of the most effective tracking process and standard operating procedures to be utilized during the construction phase

The Successful Applicant

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or similar
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Primevera
• Ability to coordinate multiple schedules, solve schedule conflicts under pressure and understanding the complex construction sequence
• Able to operate in a high-growth work environment and collaborate with team to accomplish milestones
• Successful completion of courses in project management or PMP designation (Preferred)
• 5-10+ years experience in a similar role working on large ICI and Transit projects with over $100MM value
• Have taken courses or certifications in project management or have PMP designation
• Proficiency with scheduling software, with a strong preference placed on MS Project
