Production Scheduler Jobs

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scheduler to join our team in Bowmanville, ON.

As the Scheduler, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining production schedules, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production schedules for all stages of the production process, from extraction to packaging and distribution.

• Monitor inventory levels and adjust production schedules accordingly to ensure adequate supply of products.

• Coordinate with all production teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

• Collaborate with demand planning to forecast demand and adjust production schedules accordingly.

• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

• Ensure compliance with Health Canada regulations related to production and distribution of cannabis products.

• Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and other production-related data.

• Other tasks as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Experience using ERP/MRP software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to perform a variety of tasks as required

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• 2+ years of experience in production scheduling
