We are actively searching for a Facility Services Supervisor to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a Facility Services Supervisor, you will be entrusted with overseeing the business operations of designated client service areas. This role involves field support, including training, guidance for new clients, conducting inspections to ensure Contractor compliance, addressing client requests and complaints, arranging site visits, and fostering enduring relationships with both clients and Contractors. Furthermore, you'll play a pivotal role in contract negotiations, supply procurement, and ensuring top-notch client satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

• Get supplies for clients and promote more services
• Make schedules for special tasks
• Create customized service plans for clients
• Work with the team to improve client satisfaction
• Help clients with any requests or issues
• Use our tools to keep everything organized
• Manage client relationships, keeping them happy and growing our services
• Make sure our service teams are doing a great job
• Keep important client info up to date
• Negotiate deals and pricing with clients

Requirements

• Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in facilities services or a related field
• Knowledge of janitorial, landscaping, and HVAC maintenance services
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
