WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Part of the value that we offer is helping organizations and employers to create engaging campaigns to enform and educate the users on the network; health-tech companies can create campaigns to inform clinics about their product, employers can create campaigns to distinguish themselves as employers of choice. We are hiring a Principal Account Manager to join our fast growing team and increase our ability to service these clients as well as create new revenue streams.
The Principal Account Manager is pivotal as the face of Cherry Health to our customers and to be the main focal point for all related topics. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will use your deep sales knowledge and experience to build on existing relationships, source and cultivate new relationships, and gain a deep understanding of their goals while building, qualifying, managing and controlling a sales pipeline of opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead product demos with customers
- Effectively manage a portfolio of customer accounts with the goal of long term partnership, driving expansion and growing contract value by crafting solutions that generate business value and impact
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth in alignment with company goals
- Create and submit request for proposals (RFP) when necessary
- Build trusted and value-based relationships with existing and prospective customers by providing thought leadership on the impact a partnership with Cherry Health can have on their long term corporate strategy
- Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue attainment through disciplined use of sales tools, aligning to weekly, monthly, and quarterly business cadences, with the goal of meeting and exceeding revenue targets while generating a strong pipeline of net-new and up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
- Perform other related duties as required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, product, executive leadership) to develop deal strategies to convert pipeline into customer wins
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven success negotiating and building consensus with multiple stakeholders within complex B2B environments and experience engaging and transacting with senior level executives
- Proven success managing and growing an enterprise customer portfolio; demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of opportunities while leveraging data-driven insights within the customer journey and sales process
- Can influence others, successfully obtaining commitment to a solution or idea, while maintaining integrity and relationships
- Commitment to results, consistently achieves results, demonstrating high performance, and challenging self and others to deliver results
- Minimum 5 years of account management and sales experience, preferably in the recruitment or digital marketing industry
- Proven record of consistent quota attainment with relevant experience in developing account plans with a mix of tactics
