My client is a multi-disciplinary team of professionals who have developed a good reputation for their problem solving and success in their planning related projects. They are looking for an experience Planner to join their team at Principal level. They pride themselves on their strong knowledge or all things planning related, their creativity and their collaborative attitude. This role is permanent and will be based in their Essex office.


This established consultancy is looking for an individual who can bring their expertise to the existing team. The ideal candidate would have a degree in a relevant discipline and be MRTPI chartered. Having excellent communication skills both written and verbal is highly desirable. Having some commercial planning experience behind you is essential for this role due to the nature of the role and projects you will undertake.


This position offers the chance to work on projects across a range of sectors such as: commercial, residential, infrastructure & energy, community projects, strategic projects, and leisure & tourism related developments. They are looking for someone who can bring their own ideas to the team and work with their colleagues to form forward thinking planning solutions.
