Night Audit Manager Jobs

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic Night Audit Manager to lead the charge at Hotel Arts overnight and oversee our busy Front Office operation.
Here are a few main tasks this key role will be responsible for:

• Review group resumes for follow up in any special requests and to ensure all rates and account folios are set up correctly.
• Co-coordinating with the Sales Department to ensure special requests are fulfilled.
• Assist the Front Office Manager in managing the performance of all members of the Night Audit Team.
• Assist with staff scheduling and controlling labor hours to meet labor expense goals and guidelines.
• Ensure guest satisfaction is optimized through enforcement of consistent standards and procedures and positive resolution of all problems.
• Address any concerns of guests proactively and professionally.
• Manage the performance of the Night Audit team through effective training and guidance of procedures and assisting staff with problem solving.
• Communicate all important information to all appropriate departments and colleagues.
• Take a dynamic, key leadership role in the event of an emergency.
• Ensure nightly duties for the Night Audit agents are completed accurately and attentively.
• Assist the Front Office Manager in training new employees and coaching existing employees.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

• First Aid will be considered an asset
• Valid Drivers License is required.
• Microsoft Office product knowledge required.
• Positive, professional, motivating personality with great leadership skills
• Previous supervisory/management experience is a critical asset.
• 1-2+ Years’ Experience in Front Office Operations, Housekeeping or Night Audit is required.
• Knowledge in Opera or other Hotel Property Management Systems required.
• Flexible schedule is essential. Must be available to work overnight from 11p-7am, weekday, weekend and holiday work is required. We are a 24/7 operation in service to our guests.
• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Position may be subject to a criminal background check
