Post-Sales Tam, Large Enterprise

A Technical Account Manager (TAM) is responsible for actively driving and managing the post sales process with large Enterprise customers.They must be able to build and maintain close relationships with executive level contacts as well as assure complete customer satisfaction.The TAM, using their knowledge and experience with using Qualys products, ensures best practices are adhered to during implementation and ensures that technical configuration is fully optimized.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support to customers
• Deliver high-level technical sales presentations as well as detail technical demonstrations.
• Respond to customer questions on technical best practices and business related issues
• Convey customer requirements to Product Management, Marketing and Engineering teams
• Identify and develop opportunities to expand use of the Qualys platform
• Travel to attend conferences/special events and onsite customer meetings

Qualifications

• Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be able to interact, writing and speaking in French and English.
• Attainment ofcertifications a plus;CISSP,CRISC, CISM, CISA, ITIL, C-CISO, CEH, GIAC certs
• Must be comfortable interacting at all levels within customer organizations, i.e., from C-level to front-line technical staff
• Ideal candidate would have 10 years or more experience in information security.
• Able to travel throughout Quebec & Ontario salesto meet customers in person on a regular basis.
• Must have obtained certification for Qualys VMDR through free online training at; https://www.qualys.com/training/
• Experience working with large financial institutions are a plus.
