The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for handling complex, large-scale accounts and high-value contracts. Your primary focus will be on identifying new opportunities to expand markets, driving business growth, and increasing revenue from current accounts. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strategic partnerships and nurturing relationships with influencers and stakeholders. You will be able to directly witness the marked growth you will be taking part in achieving, in an emerging market that Tridge is acting as a forerunner.
What you will be doing:
- Provide recommendations based on customers' business needs and usage patterns.
- Contribute actively to ongoing dialogue and feedback processes with product management, technology, service, and training teams to advance the product and service roadmap.
- Execute a territory plan to maximize revenue.
- Manage ongoing relationships with enterprise accounts in the region.
- Personally own and deliver against targets for a small subset of clients and prospects, leading by example.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for your territory.
- Collaborate closely with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth implementation upon sale.
- Build working relationships with license, consulting, and education field managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans.
- Establish trusted relationships with CMOs and other client executives to originate new opportunities in both new and existing accounts.
- Serve as an escalation point for customer issues, ensuring timely resolution by leveraging company resources.
- Analyze customer business goals, objectives, needs, processes, and existing infrastructure.
- Assist in identifying ideas for new products, services, and partners to increase client retention and growth.
- Develop and maintain an accurate, high-quality pipeline aligned with our company's sales process.
- Provide insights about your territory and communicate product and marketing needs to the organization.
- Proactively identify and contact prospects to develop a substantial new business pipeline and close deals.
- Understand at a deep level how each account makes buying decisions.
- Serve as a catalyst for change and continuous improvement, working with key personnel to refine and implement changes in the sales strategy.
What you will need to bring:
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably with a focus on enterprise accounts.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- 8+ years of sales experience in SaaS, and/or global B2B products
- Bachelor's Degree in business, business administration, or management is preferred but not a must
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate, at a business level or higher, both verbally and written in English
- In-depth understanding of company products and services to recommend ideal solutions.
