Faronics’ solutions simplify computer management worldwide. Our solutions include Deep Freeze (Reboot-to-Restore), Insight (Classroom Management), Mobile Device Management (MDM), Deploy (Remote Monitoring and Management), andAnti-Virus.
Summary:
As the Account Manager, you are tasked with prospecting, closing and maintaining accounts assigned to you by the Company and developing relationships with other prospective customers.You will build interest by understanding the customer’s pains and challenges and proposing the best fit solution from Faronics’ product portfolio. The Company may add, delete or change named accounts at any time in its discretion.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prospect and build new business in order to grow trends in the assigned vertical
- Enlists the help of Sales Engineer, Product Management, Tech Support and other resources as needed – team player
- May manage incoming inquiries and leads assigned at the Company’s discretion
- Build / Maintain a qualified Sales Pipeline at all times
- Forecast closable business on a monthly and quarterly basis
- This role comprises mostly on an inside sales role
- Meet assigned goals and quotas set by the Company’s management
- Establish an understanding of the accounts and leads assigned
- Leverage resources available to best address customer needs
Accountabilities and Performance Measures:
- Builds knowledge on all solutions
- Outbound phone activities
- Meet or Exceed Quarterly quota
- Pipeline growth – monthly addition of new opportunities
Skill Set:
- Strong communicator and experience in working as a sales team
- Strong preparation skills and Pipeline management
- IT Admin focused sales experience is preferable
- Clear understanding of the selling process
- 5+ years of software sales experience
- Knowledge of CRM tools (ie: SalesForce) is a plus
- Negotiation and closing skills
